Pros
I overall had a good experience working at Shaw's because I enjoyed the company of the co-workers and managers within my department and store. I had fun with the tasks in the bakery such as baking/packaging cookies and occasionally decorating cakes.
Cons
I would typically only have a maximum of 20 hours per week, so it can be competitive to get on the schedule. There would also be a push from store management to get more work done than was reasonable for your shift.
