      Pros

      I have a college degree, 15 plus years of office experience. I would like to do something more, maybe marketing, administrative assistant, laboratory assistant. My degree is in environmental science and I graduated with a B.S. in 1991. I am glad I have a job currently, but it is not in the pay range that I can afford to not move up and ahead to something better.

      Cons

      See above. I enjoy working with people, but would love to be behind the scenes more in an organizational / administrative position. My office experience coupled with a talent for art and design and a degree in science would do a company well.

      Under paid. Store and corporate management make poor decisions on both products and marketing for the deli.

      They have both 401k plan, and paid time off for part-time employees. They match 401k contributions up to 6%

      Cons

      Dealing with the public can be horrible at times, but most customers are decent people.
