This place has to be a good place to work for before they got bought by investment company

Cons

New owners only care about making themselves money not about the company itself or anyone who works at it and it's apparent. Now when u walk into shaws all you see is miserable employees

The discount wasn't too bad. The work itself was okay. It's an average first job.

Cons

Customers were always complaining about the prices and there wasn't much to say to them as a cashier. Retrieving carts was awful in the winter. Some managers were pretty nice, while others were unnecessarily rude.
