The interview process was pretty simple.

Bad hours, not an uplifting environment, never enough employees scheduled during a shift.

Pros

Very easy job as I was a bagger. Just bagged groceries all day and every other hour would gather the carriages in the parking lot

Cons

Had been bought by a new company when I started working there. They turned it into a high end grocery store and not a fun environment to work in

Cons

Work in all weather environments, snow, rain, heat. Fast paced job.
