Pros

Consistent hours, friendly associates and customers, always moving and almost always busy. I work nights and help close the store, it's usually gets pretty slow which is nice, allowing me to finish any closing tasks for the night.

Cons

A lot of management turn over. Front end has a tendency of either over staffing too much or under staffing. Store manager is kind enough but is always requiring the impossible. We have to hand out surveys like crazy, doesnt matter how many a customer has submitted, which gets tedious. Pay doesn't really increase with experience.

Pros

Flexible scheduling. Helpful employees and management. Opportunity to promote to other departments.

Cons

Certain shifts are understaffed, resulting in a very stressful work environment. Some shift leaders are under-trained and struggle to deal with unexpected issues.

Laid back, Rick is a really nice manager. Opportunities to advance in the company.

Cons

Wet cold conditions in the back room where I am. Never enough hours. Almost never get the days I ask for off.
