      Convenient yet soul-sucking

      Pros

      The management allows you to take long breaks for school and return to work at your convenience with a few weeks' notice. It has been a great job for me to use to work through college.

      Cons

      Poor management. Front end managers are simply grandfathered in because they have worked there for so long and they are not trained to manage. End result is chaos and unnecessary anxiety.

      Pros

      I had very good benefits. The work environment was nice. My immediate managers were exceptional. Top of the line equipment.

      Cons

      Beyond the immediate department managers, regard for employees comes to a screeching halt. We were increasingly expected to do more and more with less an less people.
