Pros
The management was helpful, friendly, and fair. The environment was team-based, particularly within each department, and interdepartmental relations were easygoing. The seafood department was run fairly, and hard work was rewarded with not only respect but extra consideration when it came to scheduling.
Cons
The starting pay is minimum wage, which is to be expected, but not all positions require the same amount of work. For example, working in the deli or seafood department required more care and training than stocking shelves or bagging, but there was little consideration given to those differences in terms of starting pay.
