      Friendly co-workers and customers, training actually helps, very flexible workload

      Cons

      Management disconnect, more physically demanding than you would think, as a female I was not expected to do some of the more traditionally male job duties and this doesn't seem right to me

      Pros

      +Flexible hours/schedule +Guaranteed pay raise each year (very small amount though) +Vacation time and sick time even for part-time workers +Healthcare is available even for part-time workers (must work at least 15 hours/week)

      Cons

      -Working holidays or busy times at a market can be stressful -Your job satisfaction is very dependent on who your co-workers are -Upper management can be questionable at times -There is a general attitude of "I don't care" among minimum wage workers
