Very flexible scheduling Room for advancement Very fair TOP time Cross training

Cons

Low starting pay makes it hard to entice quality applicants. Also, to have raises be based on reviews would make for more pride in some peoples work.

willing to give hours, was low skill, wasn't physically taxing, easy to switch shifts and hours were typically performance based.

Cons

Took forever to find out schedule, frequently forgot requested days off, would hour fire people, didn't have consistent weekly schedule and people frequently didn't show up for shifts.
