Business Outlook
Pros
The work is easy. Hours are flexible. My store is unionized, so it's good having some Union protection. Management is supportive, and is willing to do the dirty work with me when needed.
Cons
It's repetitive. There can be "office politics" but that probably just depends on your store. Customers can be rude sometimes, as is the nature of customer service. Pay is low. Scheduling is a mess at times.
