      Pros

      Good coworkers, great customers. No variety.

      Cons

      Parent company has no use for talent and vision. They want everything done one way with no consideration of LOCAL flavor. If your a leader at store level your spinning your wheels.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with the schedule as long as you put in your request a week before the schedule is published. This allowed me to have two jobs.

      Cons

      No matter what I and 3 team mates did, our managers from the assistant department manager through the store manager always demanded more than any one could possibly accomplish in a 6 hour shift and they frequently insisted that we stay past our scheduled time to complete additional tasks.
