Pros

It's flexible, that's for sure. If you're part-time, you work maybe two days a week and they're always willing to cut hours to save money in the long run.

Cons

Management is a bunch of imbeciles. I worked here in college as a cashier and had to argue with managers about hours and scheduling all the time (when I was working at least 2 weekends a month). There is no rhyme or reason to promotions or raises, and it clearly isn't what you know, but who you know in order to get a job here. I worked with a girl prior to our location closing that didn't know there was a difference between nickels and dimes but was hired because her parent(s) worked for the company.

Pros

I love the amount of travel time and if we forgot to punch in or out for any reason we were allowed to do edits. They also got rid of all the bad management and tried to turn themselves around.

Cons

I do not like the fact that they gave Pollo shirts that had loss prevention written on them.It kinda defeated the purpose of being" undercover". When they got rid of the bad management it was to late most of the damages were already done.
