Pros

Managers are very understanding when you need time off work... They ask you what could be changed if you feel the need to express your opinions.

Cons

Less and less hours because everything goes by seniority even though some people dont want to do your job but they will complain when you get ore hours than they do.

Shaws has a great vacation time and paid time off,especially if you have length in service.after so many years of service you acrew so many hours a week its called TOPPS time off with pay program

Cons

The company's benefit package isn't exactly the best,sometimes when you have a larger company,the health benefits are not as good.

Pros

Flexible hours, easy work, reasonable management, decent wages, my co workers were some of the nicest people I've ever met.

Cons

My only complaint is that sometimes I had to be there at 6 in the morning, but that's my own fault because I am not a morning person. I liked the environment so I kept coming back.
