Flexible schedule, oppertunity for advancement, lots of ways to get promoted to several positions, the pay is ok, cute girls to look at all the time, cute customers to look at, you know, you can like get a lot of datess working at a place like this although the location of the store wasn't great but comon' what do you expect when you are working this side of town? Another thing I liked is where the store was located because i could just hop the train, turn on my laptop and head off to work. That was pretty sweet you know!

Pros

As long as you do your job they will leave you alone, job security with the union, customer service is very good, you will meet some interesting and fun people

Cons

Mostly everything - low pay, less than stellar benefits, no opportunity for growth since stores are closing, awful store management, never receive praise for good work, work schedules change constantly and the hours are just awful, favoritism is shown all the time, no one follows policies or rules or guidelines and no one ever gets written up. When someone does get written up they will not write up someone else who has broken the same rule/policy

Good management team, benefits, and willing to work with you if you need time off or extra hours. Provides time and a half for Sundays. Offers paid time off.

Cons

No set hours, work holidays, as well as using your built up topps time to pay for you"time and a half" on holidays. Really you're just selling back your vacation time. No employee discount.
