Job is simple, literally could not be easier to scan groceries, put them in bins and then bring them out to people.

Cons

Insurance is BC of Idaho, so anything in my state for mental health wont get covered. Huge con. Upper management will also not allow us to carry water with us while shopping, despite other departments being allowed drinks in their stations. Metrics feel arbitrary and pointless to achieve- no incentive to do better or more aside from personal work ethic
