Pros

Shaws is like a big family/team working together towards the same goal. Overall most people who work for the company are pretty nice and make a 40 hour work week bearable. It’s not the work, it’s the people.

Cons

Nobody wants to work anymore. Every one is hurting for help/staff. It seems like we are always understaffed.
