      Pros

      *Management is very conscious of employees personal situations and works with them. *Management & employees work hand in hand. *Advancement opportunities available & encouraged. *Flexible hours & scheduling with notice.

      Cons

      The only real con is that sometimes there is too much input from too many different directions which then muddies the messaging or instructions sometimes.
