- Exposure to automotive interior industry - Plant managers, operation directors, and senior level management are usually accessible - It's a growing company
Cons
- Feedback from the production floor to management is disregarded - No communication between departments (operations, quality, sales, engineering, etc) - A majority of resources are allocated to one plant and department - No "one team, one goal" mentality - High attrition - Decisions made by middle and upper management are hardly supported by numerical data - "Good Ol' Boy" mentality is spreading like a California wildfire - No enforcement of ethics - No structured training for non-production staff
