Pros
family oriented company, very laid back, and some knowledgeable staff. You don't need to be there at 8 everyday, sometimes you will probably stay late, but you are gone by 530 most of the time.
Cons
Not very consistent when it comes to task, they ask you to do something, you do it, you send emails regarding that task with the results you find out, no one emails back or even cares. Boring meetings make you fall asleep.
