Good people to work with in every department and corporate

Cons

They either don't know or don't care about salespeople realistically making enough money to live in 2025. Especially people who are sole income earners. Add up the average rent, utilities, car payment, insurance, groceries, and miscellaneous monthly expenses -- then look at the median income in each individual store. Add in some discretionary income and a reasonable amount to save to the above. Structure pay plans that are realistic in providing employees with a decent standard of living in the current economy

~ festive holiday celebrations ~ Family Day at Kings Dominion ~ enjoyed working with my specific office

Cons

~ lack of strong leadership from the top down ~ not compensated well enough for the amount of work being asked to do ~ health insurance is not great ~ 401k benefits could have been better
