Pros

Coworkers were great, definitely a good group of people. The company mission is fantastic.

Cons

Lack of transparency and behavior. Why have a onsite for everyone to meet only to have layoffs a few days later? Also, it seems that there competitors that are in the same vertical and doing better.

Amazing role, figured out ahead of the CEO's that Kroger was breaking contract. Still was laid off, I should have been treated better.

Cons

Not really any cons, it was a great job.
