Pros

The company is filled with awesome, friendly people. I've not had a single bad interpersonal experience. You are given autonomy and trust from the onset. Everyone's opinion is heard and valued. Flexible Scheduling. Very competitive pay for the kind and simplicity of work; over double the minimum wage in my market.

Cons

As stated in other reviews it can be a hectic and ever changing environment, especially if you're in a lunching market. Top down communication is often lacking.

Everyone at Shelf is extremely dedicated to our mission - reducing food waste via automation. As a result, employees work together well, and usual company "drama" and politics are not present, as far as I can tell. Shelf employees want the best for the product and for healthy company growth. Leadership reminds us all to have fun every day in our jobs!

Cons

Hours can be long, as we are ordering for grocery stores who work to stock shelves 'round the clock. Work-life balance can get out of sync during busy times due to strict food industry deadlines.
