Pros

The team is a very diverse group of super sharp team members. Everyone is very willing to work together and help one another out, but there is also great sense of autonomy and ownership within your role. Things move very quickly and there is a lot of opportunity to contribute new ideas and shape how processes are established.

Cons

As most startups are, there are minimal processes and roles that are heavily defined and cordoned off. This can be positive for those that work well with ambiguity, but challenging for those that expect super well-defined responsibilities.
