-Extreme bureaucracy can make even simple decisions take a long time -Rigid hierarchy – titles and seniority often slow down agility and bottom-up innovation

It is a huge company with a LOT of bureaucracy dont expect for anything to happen fast. I was generally ok with directions and strategy, I did not always feel like mgt walked the walk. They were a lot of talk, but I am not sure if they have the ability to execute. To much politics and it gets in the way of real work. It seems to be part of the culture and not sure how they break the chain.
