Business Outlook
Pros
Values-based culture, results-driven teams, great leaders, awesome products, high level of investments, international opportunities, very professional business units. Without a doubt my best experience in a multinational.
Cons
Long hours working. I think Shell promotes a culture that moves the people to compete about hard work, but some times it is unhealthful. Additionally, it is so big that it is very difficult to grow throughout the career ladder quickly.
