Pros

Very comfortable, opportunities to collaborate with huge players and really drive innovation

Cons

Politics are a part of any large company but the level at Shell has really outgrown itself. Hard to get anything done with there is a reorganisation every 2-3 years.

Pros

Good work life balance, Great people policies and leave culture.

Cons

Hijacked by Service Based Leaders who have ruined the environment here. New CEO and Leadership has created chaos by creating multiple waves of layoffs impacting the entire organization which have not given any fruitful result so far, and I hear some rumors about the new waves coming in 2025 as well.
