      Remote work and excellent security tools and trainings -- Shelter will pay for SANS trainings, wow! (Security Team only) Friendly co-workers, fair managers (no micro-management)

      Cons

      Poorly distributed "on-call" work (some team members do most of the on-call off-hours work). Uncompetitive benefits and pay. Employee career advancement appears to be based on politics/seniority and not on skills/leadership of employee.
