Pros

Really appreciates long-term employees (40+ years). Fantastic benefits and 401k profit sharing

Cons

The pay is okay and the culture is a little stale and old. They are working to improve that though.

Pros

The distract manager is a really nice guy. He has been more helpful than the agent I work for.

Cons

This particular agent doesn't call clients that request him only back. Has not shown up for several appointments with insureds. No training, mentoring or guidance of any sort. Continuously texts after hours and uses that as a form of management.
