Pros

networking opportunities, opportunities to develop client-agent or client-receptionist relationship. Shelter values that very much. In office I worked in, morale was very pleasant, very willing to work w/ my school schedule.

Cons

Office is great, but in a sketchy plaza/part of town.

Pros

They give you freedom to make your agency successful and are there to help out if you ask. They do have great support at the home office

Cons

They make you grow by 5 life policies each quarter or you go on probation and then if you do not do it again you are fired. They only pay the agents once a month and provide very minimal benefits (no 401K)
