Pros

Lots of Freedom and a good salaried agent program that gives compensation while an agent gets their footing.

Cons

Aggressive life insurance quotas are stifling. They inhibit good relationships with clientele who don't want to be pestered about life insurance every time they talk to their agent.

A little slow in regards to innovation. The underwriting department is a complete disaster.
