      Pros

      —Culture really focuses on employees and agents. Lots of changes have been made over the last several years working towards this. —Transparency. Senior management makes an effort to share the “why” behind actions that are being taken and where we want to go. —Technology. We (like many others) were woefully behind in the tech arena, but have been investing significant money in updating technology for both the home office staff and agents. Even though there’s still a ways to go, the benefits and improvements are already visible.

      —Time off program lags behind most of the rest of the industry.
