      Pros

      Shelter has a history of great leadership and that continues to today. In fact, the leadership at Shelter seems to continually improve from year to year. Shelter also serves its customers, employees and community with great integrity. I feel very supported as an individual, and I truly believe Shelter has a product to sell that is in line with my personal values. This enables me to truly invest myself in my work without any personal compromise.

      Cons

      Like many large companies, Shelter is navigating the return to office following COVID-19. It is difficult to make everyone happy after having gotten into a comfortable routine working at home for 4 years.
