      Pros

      The atmosphere is very neurodiverse friendly, and my growth as an individual is measure by my improvements and not against others.

      Cons

      So far, I do not have any, other than the snake in the toilet in the women's restroom.

      Pros

      Great benefits, relaxed and family based atmosphere, flexible work/life balance!

      Cons

      Work load is heavy at times but management shows appreciation which makes it better. Seems like pay is just a hair low for what we have to do. Claims management program crashes frequently makes for some frustration.
