Pros

Great work environment with lots of appreciation events and employee benefits Lots of coaching and training throughout the job and as you progress opportunity to work from home after a certain amount of time Lots of room for growth and opportunities for advancement

Cons

If your someone looking for a set 9-5 or earlier this may not be the job for you. Shifts are done on a quarterly basis and based on your metrics in certain areas. Almost guaranteed to get a later shift such as 10;30 to 7 for your first shift bid.

Not what it once was.

Pros

Honestly, it’s getting hard to find pros with this company. They seem to be charging forward in some areas, yet having their boots stuck in the mud in others. Yearly raises have been consistent, but still falling under industry standard. You finally will start seeing your vacation time build up if you can make it to about year 10.

Cons

Removing hybrid work effective 2026, saying we were never intended to be a company who did this. Yet, we’ve continued to win JD Power Awards and grow policies, all while working hybrid. Forcing certain departments into offices full time while others who do the same thing get to work full time remote, regardless of the “30 mile rule”. Zero consistency and when you ask for explanations, you get surface answers. It’s extremely frustrating and confusing. Why are you picking on certain people and departments? It’s very odd.
