      Pros

      Shepherd management and leadership has done an amazing job throughout this pandemic and social crises. They have worked hard to keep all employees at all levels employed and put procedures in place to keep both patients and families, and staff safe. I highly recommend Shepherd as a work place.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for upward mobility since it is a small institution.

      The Staff was awesome, except for the management!

      Cons

      I had a few tragedies happen while employed there. My brother shot him self in the head and I missed some days to be there for my family! Then I developed an allergic reaction to a medication right before my shift and was fired on the spot. At the the time upper management was promoting compassion burnout and telling management that they needed to limit compassion for employees calling out to work. My situation deserved compassion and I did not deserve to be fired.
