Pros

Sheppard Pratt Health System is a huge Non-profit organization that is great to work for. The Human Resources department is extremely helpful and involved, co-workers and management are overall friendly, and they really embrace a culture of care for the employees. The salary is competitive (depending on your position) and the benefits are great. This has been one of the best jobs I've had.

Cons

They do not do holiday pay. You have to use your personal time during holidays which can put you in a bind if you have not accrued; or you are a per diem or part time.
