Pros

Lots of referrals for clients

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you, and will tell you you are less important than patients. Mindless compliance. Has a hard time keeping admin staff.

Cons

If you have to go up front you're in constant danger and they refuse to put a security guard in the ambo Bay, the pay is terrible and they don't respect you as a person you're more like equipment

Pros

You can get free food basically every day. If you want to overwork yourself, there is never a shortage of overtime. They will allow for some schedule flexibility if you are currently in school.

Cons

I worked with them from December 2020 to March 2021. During that time a couple of clients caught COVID and management had no clear plan created prior to multiple clients testing positive on how to protect staff or clients from potentially getting exposed. Management threw together a bare minimum protocol for keeping staff from being exposed after we could have all already been exposed. They are constantly understaffed. They only function cause some staff only care about overtime pay and other staff overwork themselves to keep the lights on. The starting pay is pathetic considering they prefer you have a bachelor's degree. The health insurance doesn't start till the 1st of the month after you've been working for at least 30 days. So if you start on the 3rd of any month you will have to wait almost 2 months before your coverage starts. Also, the health insurance has a $700 deductible that includes medication, so if you have any expensive prescriptions expect to pay full price the first couple of times.
