If you are just out of school in psychology, this is the place to learn Potential for overtime Ability to move up and around a very large company. All jobs posted internally first. You can build great relationships with your co-workers.

Cons

Low pay Little to no training, they kind of just throw you in High turnover which means more clients on your caseload but not more money

Pros

Working with the clients is very rewarding. I love spending time with them and I got to learn something everyday through my interaction with them.

Cons

Terrible director at the Timonioum office on York road. She's condescending, rude and to put it plainly a bully. I wouldn't recommend to work in this specific place. RUN. Try catonsville or somewhere else. The other bosses are not bad and they are respectful except her. Nobody needs to be belittled and put down.
