Traveling to work wasn't bad

Cons

The head nurses and doctors cannot be trusted. If you are not part of their click they will find a way to fire you or make your live a living nightmare. Human Resources cannot be trusted. They all work against the employee. Most of the head nurses pretend like they are working when the head doctors are around but spend most of their time on their phones texting and having inappropriate relationships with the opposite sex.

Pros

I enjoy working overnight and not having to deal with a lot of people. So that's definitely a plus.

Cons

The hospital as a whole is VERY clicky. It's reminiscent of high school. If there's ever a problem with a supervisor, from what I've seen, nothing will come of complaints. H. R. doesn't seem to be very helpful in that regard.
