Upper management lack of understanding of what staff need Difficult to keep quality workers Poor pay for level of education Not all units in the hospital receive the same time and attention which can lead to resentment of upper management and frustration with organization Feel like upper management doesn't truly understand what the needs of the employees are. I work with a great team, however, it can be somewhat of a challenge to find consistently good, quality workers. When you do have them you try your utmost to keep them and always encourage them to take care of themselves so they don't burn out.
