Pros

Core values- but lack of integrity so I guess that’s not a pro. Huh. Coworkers are top-notch. Pay is ok but not worth the stress and lack of support from “team leaders”

Cons

Lying supervisors demonstrating no capacity for empathy and only professional concerns are passing audits while actually doing as little as possible for the population they serve. I want to believe they’re just burnt out and their hearts used to be in the right places.

Pros

Experience is gained while working

Cons

Retaliation from management is prevalent, especially the Frederick RTC program. Leadership goes out on smoke rides, during the shift, not cigarette smoking. Frederick RTC Leadership is requiring staff to pay for any damage that a client has caused to their car or other property. The other option presented is filing a law suit against the client involved.

Pros

Fairly ethical practice. Great for clinicians just starting out.

Cons

There are no raises or pathways to grow. There is no development, no evidence of valuing employees by trying to retain employees with bonuses, raises, or ways to move up in the company. Unless you are in leadership. In leadership, they get raises between 5% and 200% every year, as documented in the public tax forms.
