      The only thing I can think of is that the software was updated, and it is working well.

      Unlike the pros, the cons are numerous: Management is extremely poor—put mildly. Compensation is heavily skewed; the lower your position in the organization, the less you are paid. Executive compensation is excessive—review the Form 990 for full transparency. The corporate culture is weak; a single annual party is treated as a substitute for meaningful engagement.
