      If it wouldn't be for having to raise a family and needing health insurance I wouldn't be there.

      Pros

      The only pros I can think of are the relationships you form with your coworkers and only the coworkers you work side by side with because everyone else you can't trust.

      Cons

      Upper management! They don't give a damn about their employees they would rather work a person to the point where they are completely stressed out and barely able to function then try and help them. The sad thing is, is that they are a mental health facility, you would think they would put put there staffs well being above the bottom line. At the Jefferson School the only way you get ahead or not be abused by management is to either sleep with management or kiss their butt so much that will never have to wipe again.

      Dangerous work enviroment, I was physically assaulted more than 10 times in a year Work can be very stressful at times Upper management sees employees as replaceable commodities Very poor wages for what you have to put up with
