Flexibility.. sometimes. The clients.. also sometimes :)

Cons

The supervisory team, lack of cohesion amongst shifts, poor pay, lack of PTO, and turn over rate in the field. Very easy to burn out working here. Also, a lot of supervisors talking poorly of other staff members to one another. Doesn’t foster a very positive work environment.

Where do I start, Sheppard Pratt from the top is a toxic culture good old boys club. Always short staff to the point that puts your safety at risk. Sheppard Pratt admit the most aggressive dangerous Residents. Staff are attack and assaulted daily and if you get hurt doing your job. They will kick you to the curb in a heartbeat. They will lie right in your face and ignore you when ask for support. I would never recommend no one to Sheppard Pratt. People that have value and respect for people are leaving that toxic negative company.
