Dangerous and lack of leadership

Overtime, but sometimes it becomes mandatory

Cons

Leadership isn’t concerned with the dangers and stress on staff, it’s more about the money that taking certain residents brings in, pay isn’t conducive with the dangers, staff form inappropriate relationships with residents, SP isn’t actually “trauma-informed” at all
