Lots of PTO, great insurance, job can be fun at times, chance to make real changes in client's lives

Cons

*Poor Pay* Too much paperwork, not enough training in actual job tasks, too much superfluous training in non-essential areas, difficult to use /glitchy electronic record system, hard to use PTO without doing extra work during the month elsewhere. Requires personal vehicle. No part time option.
