      Pros

      My experience so far with the company has been great. There’s always room to try doing things in different ways—no one is saying “don’t do it like that.” Outside-the-box thinking is encouraged. They really understand the needs of family and will say yes to any reasonable request, as long as no critical tasks are being left undone. Very flexible with hours and time off. The pay is good, too.

      Cons

      It is a small and younger company, and with that comes some figuring out. There are still some areas where guidelines are being put in place to help things run smoother—but it’s definitely getting there!

The culture is collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who are passionate about what they do. Leadership empowers employees to take initiative, contribute ideas, and grow professionally. The sense of purpose here is unmatched, and it is rewarding to continue serving our warfighters, just in a different capacity.

      Geographical separation can make it challenging to bring the team together for in-person team building and bonding activities.

      Pros

      CEO is an outstanding war veteran who motivates and uplifts employees. I do not want to work for anyone else.

      Cons

      It's a fast-growing small business and a lot of positions do not have a deep bench of employees to assist during surge periods.
