      Pros

      Love working here!! I am yet to meet a coworker that has been rude to me. Everyone is working together to do their best. I love the work-life balance as well. I have never felt expected or pressured to work more than 40 hours a week. I work remotely, but the company holds fun events to keep everyone engaged in the company. You'll be hard pressed to find a company that treats you with the same level of value that Sherpa6 does.

      Cons

      The biggest con for me is that I must work in the continental United States. Additionally, I see other people traveling in the company and would love to have opportunities to travel. But looks like I need a higher role in the company for that.
