Pros

Sw cares a lot about there employees. They will take the time to train and develop new hires, particularly in the MTP program. Just hope that you are placed with a manager that cares about their job.

Cons

Sw can be frustrating. Working weekends is definitely a drawback to the job. Many store managers don't care about their job as much and spend a lot of time out of the store.
