theres a lot to learn and getting to meet the contractors daily gives you the chance to learn and grow as a professional in this field.
Cons
even if you have a great review your raise is somewhere between $0.10- $0.50. you only have the opportunity to move up in the company these days if you have a four year degree. in anything. they hire on new graduates with no experience in this field and give them high wages and growth opportunity but ignore the people who have been in the company for years. because of cost being cut stores are understaffed and the hours are stretched thin. to many pt/ft employees stuck working alone in the stores. the hub system is faulty and takes too long. things were smoother when stores had their own trucks.
